Artwork Specifications
Accepted Program Formats
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Publisher.
File Types
Media may be sent via e-mail, or on CD, or a clean, clear printed copy.

* Artwork should be sent in tiff or jpeg format.
* Art and photos should be sent at no less than 300 dpi. Files pulled from the internet are generally 72 dpi and will appear choppy when printed.
* PDF files are accepted. However, please keep in mind that we can do no editing to these files. To avoid color shifts have your files saved in cmyk format. Files should be sent at least 2400 dpi resolution. Bad type and/or low resolution photos will reproduce fuzzy.
* Please send artwork and logos as cmyk. Files sent as RGB color selection will be changed to CMYK. There will be a slight shift in color during this process.
* Digital photos must be taken at high resolution. What appears clear on your computer screen may not be when printed. If in doubt, have an actual photo printed from your digital file. If it is not clear in the photo - it will not be clear when printed.
Your Own Creation
If you are creating a preset ad please send the following items separately along with your ad file:

Fonts used
* We will happily scan your company logo and photos to be placed on ads. Please supply a clean copy of art (need not be to size) without writing or other background art. It may be difficult to separate the logo from the other artwork.

Double Horizontal 1.5" (h) x 4.25" (w)
Double Vertical 2.15" (w) x 3" (h)
